Personal Training and Pilates
About
Leah has been teaching movement for more than nine years, eight of those here in Boston. What started as a love of sports and teamwork has grown into a passion encompassing nutrition, movement, hormonal support, body awareness, and an overall interest in increasing our health span. Leah weaves strength training, mobility, flexibility, and nutrition throughout her client programs. Each is unique to each client and considers their body type, health history, and current and future fitness goals. Leah focuses on joint mobility and flexibility specifically regarding prehabilitation and rehabilitation-focused movement.
Before moving into one-on-one coaching, Leah worked at the Weight Control and Diabetes Research Center at the Brown Medical School. This led her to focus on preventive and proactive approaches to health and eventually to pursue certifications in personal training and in Pilates.
